Biggest Loser Wins

The Biggest Loser finale Tuesday night crowned Danny Cahill as the season eight winner. Cahill has lost the most weight ever – 239 pounds – on the show dropping from 430 to 191 pounds! Congratulations Danny!

I’m always inspired by the show, and make lofty promises of lower calories and higher cardio, but I procrastinate. I keep waiting until I “feel like it” before I start eating right and working out. That moment never comes. I have to start … now.

When I work out, something amazing happens. I am less likely to eat poorly, because I know just how hard I worked out. Once I got moving, the rest followed.

Danny has some great advice about starting and sticking to your weight-loss goals. “An object in motion tends to stay in motion; an object that is at rest tends to stay at rest…”
Until you start to move, you won’t move at all! So, let’s start today to change those weight-loss goals into plans, and join the winning ranks of losers!!!
